We now offer a click and collect service (Free Of Charge). When you place your online order, please select 'Click & Collect" from the drop down menu at the checkout. We will then be in touch to confirm the date and time of collection. You can place your order anytime and collections will be available during shop hours If another collection day / time is required, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
We Do Not Ship Outside Of The UK

Individual Bottles - UK Wide Postal Delivery
We offer delivery to all parts of the UK using Royal Mail. This costs £6.00 For One Bottle, and includes the cost of postage and packaging. This service usually takes up to 5 full working days from the time you order (although it is often quicker) and we cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date. A signature of someone 18 or over will be required at the time of delivery.
Two Or More Bottles - UK Wide Courier Delivery
We also offer a courier service, which is cost effective if you are purchasing more than one bottle for delivery. This service is £11 For Two (2) or More Bottles (to the same address). We use different couriers depending on where the bottles are being sent. Most aim to deliver within 48 hours of shipping but we cannot guarantee this. A signature of someone 18 or over will be required at the time of delivery.
Packaging
We are committed to reducing the amount of waste we produce so, in line with our environmental policy, we make sure that we:
- Reuse packaging material from goods we receive to pack our own boxes for postage. If your order contains non-recyclable packaging material (e.g bubble wrap, plastic bags etc) please be assured that none of this is new and is all re-used
- Only source material that can be easily recycled, when we purchase packaging material
- Source packaging material with as high a recycled material content as possible
Cancellation and Returns
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible after ordering. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund your payment in full immediately. Please cancel your order in writing to drams@dunkeldwhiskybox.co.uk If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order until it arrives with you and the process below is followed.
It is your legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you take delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, after receiving it, you must notify us in wrtiting to drams@dunkeldwhiskybox.co.uk within the 14 day period. Please include your full name, order number and contact details. Once we receive the email we will give you instructions on how to return the goods to us. Until we give you instructions, please do not return the goods to us as this could negate some of your rights outlined below. If you wish to return the goods , you will be responsible for ensuring all items reach us in good condition and we are able to resell them. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in the above noted condition. We will issue a full refund on the goods once we receive them from you and are satisfied they are in a good condition. If the product is damaged in any way, has been opened or tampered with, we will reduce the refund down to a minimum of £0.00. This will be dictated by the level of damage. If the goods have arrived with you and are faulty, not as advertised or damaged, you may also return these. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods initially but we will then refund you the full amount of the initial delivery costs, the goods themselves and any reasonable costs incurred by you to return them. All refunds will be made back to the original payment card used to purchase the goods and will be in £ Sterling.
Secure Payment
Payment is taken using the Stripe payment platform https://stripe.com/gb We do not store your card details nor do we pass any information onto third parties. We do not see your card details and any data that is passed from our website to Stripe is encrypted.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at all times.
HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL). Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection
They regularly audit the details of their implementation, including the certificates they serve, the certificate authorities they use, and the ciphers they support. They use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Encryption of sensitive data and communication
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, and so on).
