Nose Sugared almonds, sultanas and a hint of maple syrup, alongside icing sugar on a rich fruit cake. Taste Ripe fig with notes of dates, pears and mashed bananas. Finish Medium length finish, slightly drying with a light sticky toffee pudding note.
