Nose: Sweet aromas of toffee apples, vanilla custard, nutmeg and white chocolate

Palate: Fairly creamy with notes of citrus zest, green apple, honey, all butter shortbread and cinnamon

Finish: Moderately spiced with white pepper and star anise, and underlying tones of caramelised pear, hazelnuts and continuing vanilla
