Producer's Notes

Appearance: Light gold, young dessert wine.

Aroma: A nose of sweet tobacco, toasted oak, sweet herbal peat and crème brûlée. This sweet smoke continues with water but with the vanilla notes becoming more prominent.

Taste: The pallet lives up to the nose - sweet & chewy with lots of smoky embers coming through. The addition of water heightens the sweeter notes. Comment: You’d be forgiven for assuming this was an Islay whisky if tasting blind. Close your eyes and can imagine sipping this on a island beach.The long lasting finish isn’t one you’ll forget. It lingers wonderfully.
