Producer's notes:

Nose: Coastal air and fresh earth, with poached pear, caramel cream and subtle orchard fruit sweetness

Palate: Vibrant and oily, coastal notes with minerality and a touch of rind, caramelised apples, white chocolate and custard creams, lifted by a hint of ginger spice.

Finish: Long and warming with vanilla, nutmeg and a continuing minerality
