Producer's Notes
Nose: Coastal peatsmoke,vanilla and tangy and bright citruszest.
Palate: Maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and a gentle, warm black pepperspice.
Finish: Lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.
