Producer's notes;

Nose: Peat smoked honey, fruit medley and fresh apple juice

Palate: Oily mouthfeel with a salty brine, apples, lemon sherbet and burnt demerara sugar

Finish: Smoked kippers, contrasted by sweet nutmeg and star anise
