Nose: Rich with honeyed apples, sultanas, and an undertone of earthy barley, with subtle notes of cashew and forest floor

Palate: Oily and layered, revealing walnut, raisin and syrupy sweetness, lifted by bright orange zest and a hint of white pepper. A delicate savoury meaty note underpins the fruit.

Finish: Long finish with spiced star anise and tart red fruit notes lingering alongside
