Nose: Layers of heather honey, toffee and muscavado sugar, with dark chocolate, caramel and dried sultanas.

Taste: Bursting with fruit cake, butterscotch and wild Scottish honey, followed by layers of blackcurrant, almonds and soft oak spice on the finish.
