NOSE: Bright aromas of red berry fruits, Victoria sponge cake, acacia honey and stewed rhubarb with rose water and violet highlights.

PALATE: Juicy strawberry and summer fruit pudding followed by redcurrant jelly, ruby chocolate and key lime pie with a pink peppercorn and cedar warmth.

FINISH: Fresh waffles and syrup with berry coulis and impressions of black forest gateaux fading to a long, wood spice linger.
