Colour: Brown sherry

Nose: A huge nose! Heavy, as Marty McFly would say… Almond pralines, cherries, marzipan and coconut.

Taste: Great Scott, this is intense! Rich treacle toffee, cinnamon spice and cloves, with a helping of clootie dumplings. Stewed fruits - raisins and figs. Dark chocolate and molasses. Really spicy (cloves) towards the end.
