Producer's Notes

Glentauchers, located near Keith in the heart of Speyside, has a special place in our heart. It was the first whisky that our founder Aedan bought for Andrew's 18th birthday, kickstarting his whisky education, so this release has special significance following Adan's passing. Rarely released as a single malt, the distillery was built in the 1890s to funnel spirit into the Buchanan's and Black & White blends, then a century later to Ballantyne's. This single cask whisky, fresh from a bourtn barrel, is more than capable of standing on its own two feet.

On the nose, you're met with a lovely balance of ripe orchard fruit and soft honeyed notes. On the first sip, those sweet elements combine with fresh, zesty citrus, before giving way to a gentle maltiness on the finish.
