Nose​:Sweet peat, but earthy and vegetal, with underlying dark fruit notes.

Taste:​An elegant combination of contrasting flavours - the sweet notes of Demerara sugar, marmalade and citrus, versus the savoury components - smoky phenols and cracked black pepper
