Producer's Notes: Named after the famously dark, peaty loch overlooked by the distillery, the Loch Gorm 2023 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. Kilchoman founder, Anthony Wills, selected 22 casks from three separate years, the youngest of which was distilled in 2015. The sherry soaked oak adds layers of rich fruity character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours.
