Producer's notes: This spirit came about by a happy accident where a very small amount of 3yo grain was blended with an 18yo very well-known heavily peated island single malt (think Isle of Mull...).

The malt has been aged for 16 years in refill bourbon & hogsheads then finished for 2 years in sherry. So it’s 99% 18yo malt and 1% 3yo grain, hence "99&1". Expect seaweed & creosote, dried orange, chilli flakes, sea salt, tobacco, liquorice & white pepper. It’s a truly phenomenal dram.
