Producer's Notes:

Aroma: A very ‘thick’ nose; dark maple syrup, treacle and dark berries initially fill the senses. is is followed by wood spices, cinnamon and cloves along with a hint of dark chocolate.

Taste: Dark fruits and berries dominate the pallate; blackberries, red currents, raisins and plums coat the mouth. Hints of toffee, chocolate and cinnamon round off a wonderful lingering finish.

Comment: A great example of a high quality sherry finish, creating a well balanced yet unmistakable ‘sherry bomb’.
