Producer's Notes: It's curious, very curious! The nose gives you sweet pear drops with a wee hint of menthol, whilst the palate offers aromatic yet floral green tea notes. You may have preconceptions about over-stewed green tea but the finish is anything but bitter. The bittersweet floral notes fade, with lovely tropical fruit tones- like caramelised plantain- taking their place.
