Producer's Notes:

Aroma: Dark fruits - blackberries & redcurrants followed by fruit pastilles - more tropical fruits coming through. With water; warmed buttered croissant with raspberry jam joins the medley.

Taste: On the palate the flavours from the nose continue with the addition of slight tannins. Bursting with fruit!

Comment: Although shy about it’s origins - this whisky is anything but. 14 years maturing in a 2nd fill cask has brought a superb balance between sherry and wood infuence packed with flavour
