Producer's Notes

NOSE

Fruity sherry, with caramelised brown sugar, winter mulling spices, hints of game meat and walnut and then brown bread spread with I treacle and sultanas.

TASTE

Very easy and very quaffable, lots of rich dark fruits, subtle wood spices, a touch of waxiness and some dark grained breads spread with honey.

FINISH

Medium length, with spiced winter ales, dark chocolate and strawberry jam.
