Isle of Harris Gin
Isle of Harris Gin infused with sugar kelp from the Outer Hebrides
Producer's notes: Isle of Harris gin is made up of nine carefully chosen botanicals. Our key botanical is sugar kelp which expresses our islands maritime nature. This Hebridean seaweed is hand cut by our diver, Lewis Mackenzie, providing flavours reminiscent of clear seas and island beaches.
The aroma is complex, starting with pine and juniper but with a burst of fresh fruit flavours, including grapefruit and lime. Floral notes follow with spring flowers and green leaves, while underneath lies a spice note of ginger and cinnamon, bringing both depth and sophistication.
Finally, the finish is long and sweet with pine, red grapefruit and warm spice.
